Partners In Leadership Accountability Conference

Partnering with Anne Arundel Community College, Partners In Leadership offers the first ever day-and-a-half Accountability Conference. The Conference is designed to showcase Partners In Leadership’s newest training offering for holding others accountable the positive principled way, The Accountability Sequence™ Training.

The Conference will also feature a review of the Best Practices in the industry for accelerating the shift to Creating a Culture of Accountability^® and will showcase the American Sugar Refining Baltimore Plant’s highly successful achievement in building an accountable culture. The Conference will conclude with an overview of The Three Tracks to Creating Greater Accountability®.
