Partners In Leadership® Accountability Conference

HOLDING PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR RESULTS THE POSITIVE PRINCIPLE WAY
November 6-7, 2008 Annapolis, Maryland

 

Partnering with Anne Arundel Community College, Partners In Leadership offers the first ever day-and-a-half Accountability Conference. The Conference is designed to showcase Partners In Leadership’s newest training offering for holding others accountable the positive principled way, The Accountability Sequence™ Training.

The Conference will also feature a review of the Best Practices in the industry for accelerating the shift to Creating a Culture of Accountability® and will showcase the American Sugar Refining Baltimore Plant’s highly successful achievement in building an accountable culture. The Conference will conclude with an overview of The Three Tracks to Creating Greater Accountability®.

As an optional part of the Conference, interested participants can learn more about the ASR Baltimore story (highlighted on the second day of the conference) by attending an on-site tour of the ASR plant. By visiting the site, you will see where the application of the principles central to creating greater accountability have made a huge and positive difference in the performance of a fairly complex and diverse organization.
