Executive Facilitator
We currently have an opening for an experienced Executive Facilitator, with proven sales and facilitation skills, to deliver our training services in the following regions; Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago. The Executive Facilitator will coordinate client development and generate sales, as well as provide training and consulting services to the client. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, training delivery, executive coaching, and performance improvement. In addition, the Executive Facilitator must be capable of facilitating groups at all levels of an organization, from the organizational leader and senior executive team to entry-level employees. Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills are essential. The Executive Facilitator must have a high energy and charismatic personality.
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the following areas:
- Sales
- Training Delivery
- Executive Coaching
- Facilitation
- Performance Improvement
- Learning Technologies
- Proven ability to work with individuals and groups ranging from senior executive teams to entry-level employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Frequent travel required. This position offers a base salary plus substantial commission. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), and Profit Sharing are also offered.
