Regional Vice President

Overview

The role of Regional Vice President at Partners In Leadership is a combination of sales and delivery.  The Regional Vice President will coordinate client development and generate sales, as well as provide training and consulting services to the client.

Education and Experience

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, coaching, training delivery, and performance improvement.
  • Regional Vice President should be able to develop a region producing revenue in the seven figure range.
  • Regional Vice President will incorporate facilitation at all levels of an organization, from the organizational leader and senior executive team to entry-level employees.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills are essential. The Regional Vice President must have a high energy and charismatic personality.
  • A Masters degree is preferred with a minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the following areas:
    • New Business Services Sales
    • Coaching
    • Business Development
    • Facilitation
    • Performance Improvement
    • Learning Technologies
  • Proven ability to work with senior executive teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, detail oriented and organized.

We ARE looking for a video of you teaching something you feel we would find interesting (it would be great if we could see you facilitating a group of people). We would like to hear you tell a story that helps you make your point. If you have access to a flipchart, chalkboard, or dry erase board we'd like to see you use these tools as a part of your facilitation. PowerPoint slides are not needed as we are more interested in seeing you than your slides. Please make sure the lighting is good so we can see you throughout your video presentation.
