Overview
The Partners In Leadership® Executive Team DevelopmentSM Process can be used in any team setting, from senior executive teams to temporary teams organized around specific tasks (e.g. SAP implementations, product teams, etc.) The process assists teams at all levels in the organization in identifying the shifts they need to make in the way they think and act as a team in order to most effectively fulfill their mission and purpose in leading the organization towards achieving key organizational results.
The process provides tools, methodologies, and common experiences, which provide the team with a usable technology that has day-to-day application. The Executive Team Development Process is versatile and can be customized to meet the unique needs of the group or organization.

Partners In Leadership® Executive Team Development Workshop
The one-day workshop is geared to the unique needs of the senior management group. The workshop utilizes a training technology that includes a number of group and individual exercises and experiences that assist the team in identifying shifts in the way they currently operate that would cause the team to be even more effective. The workshop technology then helps the team translate those shifts into concrete, actionable steps, which are immediately implemented to further develop the effectiveness of the group. This process is effective with both senior executive and middle management teams. The process has been successfully implemented with management teams around the world including most European countries, Japan, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Partners In Leadership® Executive Team Development Process
The two-day Executive Team Development Process begins with an assessment, which utilizes one-on-one interviews, by phone, or in person, and/or written surveys. This assessment captures perceptions of the existing management team culture and the extent to which a shift in the way the team operates is needed. The assessment provides a good basis from which to effectively plan the intervention with the leader of the team. The two-day meeting will assist the team in shifting the management team culture to be more effective. The meeting builds on the methodology presented in the one-day workshop by more thoroughly working the areas of potential improvement identified during the assessment phase.

Follow-Up Workshops
These one-day/half-day meetings are used strategically to reinforce outcomes achieved at the initial workshop. Working from a basic design, the session is customized to meet the particular follow-up objectives of the group. Here, implementation of the steps identified during the workshop are reviewed, progress made and progress needed is discussed, and other team experiences are provided to reinforce Executive Team Development objectives.
Partners In Leadership® Train-The-Facilitator Training
The facilitator training prepares client employees to conduct the one-day Partners In Leadership Team Development Workshop for their own organization. The training prepares internal facilitators to enroll people in the process of developing the effectiveness of teams in their ability to achieve key organizational results. Facilitators are trained in Partners In Leadership experiential
learning technology presented in the format of six scripted modules that comprise
the one-day workshop. The facilitator training can be accomplished through
a one-day workshop or a Partners In Leadership Team Development "Quick Start" self-study
