Train-The-Facilitator (TTF) Certification Program
Train-The-Facilitator (TTF) Certification Description
Certification by Partners In Leadership allows an employee from your company to conduct The Oz Principle® Accountability Training,® Cultural Transition Process,® or Feedback Factor® workshop. All facilitators are notified in writing by Partners In Leadership that they have been certified and each facilitator receives a certificate signifying they have met the requirements to operate as a facilitator of the training. A Facilitator Kit includes a set of confidential DVDs (Accountability Training only), all facilitator support materials needed to conduct the training, and a PowerPoint CD of slides used in the workshop. Facilitators must supply their own computer, LCD projector, and music player.
Facilitator Certification Options:
1)On-site TTF Workshop
This workshop is tailored to your specific company needs and objectives. Each facilitator receives a confidential Facilitator Guide, Facilitator Kit, and a complete set of participant materials. This workshop can be delivered by an Author, Senior Vice President, or Vice President of Partners In Leadership, Inc.
2)Quick-Start Program
This self-study approach begins with the shipment of confidential Facilitator Guide, Facilitator Kit, and a complete set of participant materials. After review and personal study, Partners In Leadership will certify the facilitator via telephone interview prior to the first training.
Pricing
The Fee per facilitator trained includes 20 Participant Licensing Fees (PLFs), Scripts, and a Facilitator Kit. There is an additional cost per PLF beyond the initial 20 PLFs included in the Facilitator Certification pricing.
For On-Site TTF, the additional costs are the On-site Facilitation Fee, travel, and lodging expenses of Partners In Leadership's Facilitators along with other incidental expenses.
Facilitator Training
Your facilitators can be trained and certified in one of two ways:
- Utilize the "Quick Start" Program
- Conduct an On-Site TTF Workshop
"Quick Start" Program: This self-study approach to certification begins with the shipment of a Facilitator Guide, a complete set of participant materials, a set of DVDs, and a set of audio tapes. After review and personal study, Partners In Leadership will certify the facilitator via phone interview prior to the first training.
On-Site Train-The-Facilitator: For 10 facilitators or more, arrangements can be made to conduct the TTF Workshop at your location. This workshop is tailored to your specific company needs and objectives.
Certification
All Facilitators are notified in writing by Partners In Leadership that they have been certified and each facilitator receives a certificate signifying they have met the requirements to operate as a facilitator of the training.
Facilitator Instructor Kit
A Facilitator Instructor Kit is provided at a nominal cost of $630.00 per kit, which includes:
- A Partners In Leadership® Carrying Case
- A PowerPoint Presentation disk or CD-ROM
- All Materials Needed for Workshop Exercises
Terms
For On-Site TTF, the only additional costs are travel and lodging expenses of Partners In Leadership's Facilitators along with other incidental expenses.

Partners In Leadership Facilitators deliver the Partners In Leadership consulting and training services in a highly professional manner. Each facilitator brings vast capability in presenting the workshops and is prepared to draw upon the many years experience in providing facilitation and training services.
Workshops are tailored to the organization's specific needs by obtaining valuable information prior to the workshop in the form of assessment interviews with selected participants. The workshop is then designed in such a way as to specifically impact attendees, and provide greater benefit to the organization to achieve real, measurable results.
By Internal Client Facilitators
For clients who wish to use their own employees to provide the training in their own organization, we offer Train-The-Facilitator (TTF) Certification. Participants are provided a script book/leader's guide and other support information and tools to help them prepare to facilitate the workshops.
