The highly interactive Partners In Leadership corporate training and leadership development workshops use training technologies that accelerate learning, application and integration into the organizational culture. Partners In Leadership; Leadership Consultants and Executive Facilitators bring an average of 20 years of relevant industry experience to their engagements. Expert at successfully delivering the content in a way that facilitates client business objectives and strategic imperatives, Executive Facilitators have been thoroughly trained in the Partners In Leadership facilitator methodology the company has developed and refined over the past two decades. They have worked with hundreds of companies and hundreds of thousands of participants all over the world.

Clients can select from one of four levels of Leadership Consultants and Executive Facilitators: 1) Author, 2) Senior Vice President, 3) Area Vice President or 4) Regional Vice President. The selection depends primarily on organizational preference and client circumstances. As a rule, Senior Vice Presidents work most effectively with Senior Executive Teams. However, all Executive Facilitators expertly deliver the Accountability Training curriculum.

Pre-Workshop/Training Activitites

Partners In Leadership's® pre-meeting work with organizational leadership customizes the workshop and training plan to meet the specific and unique needs of the workshop participants. The focus is always on achieving the key business results, objectives and expectations the organization or team are held accountable to achieve. The preparation work may include:

  • Pre-workshop assessment-interviews with selected participants.
  • Readily available online surveys can add broader organizational assessments and may also be used.
  • Development of a client specific training plan with the organization. This includes identifying alternate training options of varying design and scope, to address specific organizational needs.
  • Customization of the workshop agenda. Organizational leaders receive the results of these interviews and recommendations for workshop agenda adjustments in a conference call interview. During this interview, the organizational leader will clarify the Key Organizational Results the workshop/training will address.
  • Organizational leader preparation. The Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator will provide coaching in a telephone interview to prepare the organizational leader to lead the Accountability Training.®

Once clients execute a Services Agreement, they will be shipped participant materials for each person who attends the Accountability Training. The participant materials includes:

  • An individual license granting a participant the right to receive training in The Accountability Training Curriculum
  • A copy of The New York Times Bestselling book pertaining to a particular Track
  • The Track-specific Accountability Training Workbook
  • An Accountability Model Wall Chart
  • Accountability Model Pocket Cards
  • Any other material specific to the training contract for that Track


POST-Workshop/Training Activitites

Training participants leave the workshop with an Accountability Plan, which clearly identifies how they will apply the tools, principles and approaches to creating greater individual and organizational accountability to achieve their organization's business results. Follow-up work includes:

  • Continued involvement by the Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator to assist the client in implementing the training plan.
  • Clear action items for leadership team follow-up on Accountability Plans.
  • On-going coaching of organizational leadership via conference call to support implementation.
  • Continued Accountability Training activities with organizational leadership and throughout the organization as the client directs.

Over time, clients can involve their organizations in all Three Tracks To Creating Greater Accountability® offered by Partners In Leadership for a comprehensive approach to creating greater accountability for achieving organizational results.



Client organizations can also choose a customized partial-day format that can be integrated into existing meetings for large-scale implementation in environments where cost restrictions and other factors make it impossible or impractical for participants to attend a more centralized event.
