What does a license Arrangement cost?


The License can include either one or all Three Tracks of the Accountability Training curriculum. The cost of a Partners In Leadership License arrangement is directly related to the number of training Tracks implemented and the total number of people in the organization. Your Partners In Leadership representative can quickly give you exact pricing based upon your organizations specific needs.


 

Are materials included in the License Arrangement?


A License gives the client the ability to customize the training materials consistent with their branding requirements. Electronic files of the participant materials are provided as a part of the License arrangement. Those materials can include Participant Workbooks, Pocket Cards, Wall Charts, PowerPoint/Keyn ote Slides and Facilitator Guides.

Hard copies of all Partners In Leadership materials are not included in the License, but can be purchased directly from Partners In Leadership. Many clients choose to use the electronic files provided by Partners In Leadership to produce the training materials for themselves. Other electronic files that are necessary to use the IP in internal communications are provided upon request.


 

Are copies of the bestselling books included in the license


Licensing clients may purchase any of The New York Times Bestselling Partners In Leadership books for cost. The books provide an important enhancement and reinforcement to the Accountability Training curriculum and are most effectively utilized when distributed to all management personnel, including the supervisory level.


 

What can't I do with a License?


The Partners In leadership Accountability Training License arrangement is quite flexible and can be adapted to your particular organizational needs. However, the License does prevent using the Accountability Training content with anyone other than employees. Contractors and vendors can be trained, but will require a separate arrangement. In addition, Partners In Leadership models cannot be altered.


 

How does PIL support the implementation of the license?


There are several ways the implementation of the License is supported:
  • Client Portal - Every Licensing client receives access to the Partners In Leadership Client Portal. The Portal provides you with your own private Accountability Community, which is used to coordinate the implementation of the training.
  • Organizational Assessments - Through the Client Portal, leaders and Accountability Training Coordinators have access to Pre and Post- Workshop Organizational Assessments for each of the three training tracks that aid in the implementation and integration of the training.
  • PIL University® - Through the Client Portal, your Certified Internal Facilitators have exclusive access to video segments of the training that correspond to the Facilitator Guide, so that they can see how expert facilitators deliver and present any portion of the Accountability Training.
  • Account Manager - Partners In Leadership assigns an Executive Facilitator to serve as an Account Manager to each License Client. This is generally the person with whom you have been working to complete the License. Their role is to ensure that all client requests are being handled expeditiously throughout the term of the License.
  • Services Agreement - In conjunction with the License Arrangement you will also enter into a Services agreement, which outlines the License initiation activities that will be provided by expert Partners In Leadership facilitators. These activities will ensure a successful implementation of the Accountability Training and will maximize the value of the License for the client. In addition, the Services agreement will outline on-going support activities to assist in the full utilization of the License.
  • License Fulfillment - The Partners In Leadership License Fulfillment Department ensures that all agreed-upon activities, and the delivery of all associated materials, occurs at the agreed upon times. Every effort is made to ensure the client experiences "exceptional" support throughout the period of the License."
  • Training Support - All Partners In Leadership clients have access to the web-based tools that support the communication and implementation of the Accountability Training. For example, complimentary Individual and Team assessments are available for identifying personal and team training needs, as well as tracking progress over time. Additional complimentary resources are also available that can be utilized by the client to enhance employees understanding of the principles of greater personal and organizational accountability.


 

What happens when the License expires?


Clients have the option to extend the License term, on an annual basis, when it expires. The cost of the License extension is based upon the original License arrangement (even if the employee count has increased significantly), providing a cost-effective approach to sustaining the training over time.
