THE HOLDING OTHERS ACCOUNTABLE TRACKTM
This one-day training builds on the principles and methods that will be presented in Partners In Leadership's upcoming book, How Did That Happen? Holding People Accountable for Results The Positive Principle Way, which is to be published in June 2009 by Portfolio books. This training shows participants how to build on the foundation of personal accountability they learned in The Oz Principle® Accountability Training® by working with the "other side" of the accountability coin: holding others accountable in a way that produces results and builds morale at the same time. The central model in this training is the Accountability SequenceTM Model, which is comprised of both the Outer RingTM and the Inner RingTM with a training workshop targeted to each of these areas.

In the Accountability Sequence: The Outer Ring Workshop, Partners In Leadership shows you how to use the tools and methodologies associated with each step of the Outer Ring that will help you create a positive Accountability ConnectionTM and effectively establishing expectations with others so that they can be successful at fulfilling those expectations.

In the Accountability Sequence: The Inner Ring Workshop, Partners In Leadership shows you how to use the Accountability ConversationTM and the tools and approaches in the Inner Ring to manage un-met expectations and get the results you are looking for. In this workshop, participants learn what to do when people don't deliver on the expectations you have of them.

These two workshops are a powerful guide for anyone, at any level of the organization, who depend on other people to help them deliver results and do their job—from direct reports, to peers, other departments, outside vendors & suppliers, independent contractors or other team members. Knowing how to hold other people accountable in a way that works and eliminates the "How Did That Happen?TM" moments and that builds morale and creates a positive accountability connection at the same time is the objective of the Partners In Leadership Accountability Sequence Trainings.

THE PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING:
