The Learning Center contains the entire Train-The-Facilitator video library - a very powerful and popular resource to assist you in your facilitator training. Each video corresponds to the activities found in your Facilitator Guide and demonstrates part of the training as presented by one of our world-class facilitators. Our facilitators also speak directly to issues and questions surrounding delivery of the training in the monthly article series Facilitator Best Practices, as well as the Facilitator Blog.
The Workshop Video Library is an entirely new resource, and is a main feature of the site's Workshop Resource Center. Here you have access to a number of videos designed to reinforce key learning points and provide third party validation of the models and tools presented in the training. They help to solidify understanding and to build confidence the tools and methods presented in the training will work in the manner described. Watch the videos or download them pre-loaded into PowerPoint or Keynote slides. The Workshop Resource Center also gives you access to the vast archive of case studies, presented in video and story format, and organized by practice area and searchable by keyword. This section includes another new offering the original Partners In Leadership Research & Data which describes the current status of organizational culture as it relates to the training. The results of this study are available to you as complete PowerPoint and Keynote slides, ready to infuse into your presentations.
