WORKSHOP AGENDA
This one-day Accountability Workshop introduces you to the comprehensive and results-producing content of The New York Times Bestselling books on workplace accountability. We begin by helping you understand how to better use accountability as a leadership principle and tool to achieve the organizational results you are working to accomplish. Early on, you are introduced to a new view of accountability that is positive and proactive. We then take you through each of the Three Tracks to Creating Greater Accountability:® Self, Culture and Others.
THE
self
TRACK: THE STEPS TO ACCOUNTABILITY® |
|
The workshop begins with introduction of a new, positive view of accountability and how you can take greater personal accountability yourself for achieving the results you want.
Our empowering and motivating approach, captured in the Steps To Accountability model, shows you exactly what it means to operate Above The Line® and Below The Line.® You will learn how to apply the See It, Own It, Solve It, and Do It steps, as well as the associated best practices, in your daily work. You will also practice the LIFT Accountability Coaching Model® that you can use to help peers, subordinates and others operate Above The Line. |
THE
culture
TRACK: THE RESULTS PYRAMID® |
|
|
THE others TRACK: THE ACCOUNTABILITY SEQUENCE® |
|
The workshop continues to evolve your complete understanding of the Three Tracks by building on the foundation of greater personal accountability developed in the Self TrackTM and the foundation of collective accountability established in the Culture TrackTM.
When you leave the workshop, you will understand how to apply the three basic models that form the comprehensive approach to creating greater accountability for results in your team and organization. You will also know how to apply the Accountability best practices to current organizational issues that you are facing. In summary, you will learn how to create greater accountability for results for yourself, for your team and organizational culture and for those you hold accountable to help you deliver results. That greater accountability will be the kind of accountability that is motivating. The kind of accountability that people want to embrace. It is accountability done the positive, principled way. |
