Here, those invited brainstorm solutions to existing issues using a powerful program that organizes input and facilitates ranking of ideas.

    The Solve It Exercise:

This exercise has produced such outstanding results for our clients that we determined a virtual version of it would have to be on the website. This virtual Solve It exercise will help you address multiple issues throughout your organization by engaging members of your team, colleagues, management, vendors, business partners and even customers in identifying potential solutions for any issue through this virtual platform. After sending out an invitation to selected individuals to participate in offering a solution for any subject or issue you want to "solve", a list of solutions is populated on the website. Everyone participating will have the chance to comment on the ideas that are presented and even rank them with a thumb’s up or a thumb’s down. The Solve It Exercise will help you apply the Solve It mentality within your team and identify real solutions that lead to real results.
