Partners In Leadership utilizes a consultative approach to client engagements. The entire client experience, from the initial consultation with the Training Solutions Consultant to the implementation of the training with a Partners In Leadership Facilitator/Consultant, is focused on customizing and tailoring the Training and Consulting Services to the unique needs and circumstances of the client.

Partners In Leadership Services utilize a combination of consultative tools including: in-person and/or telephone interviews, meetings with senior leaders, assessments and additional pre and post work. Clients frequently engage Partners In Leadership to provide additional consulting services to enhance the impact of the training and to assist in accelerating the adoption and integration of the Partners In Leadership methods and ideas into the organization.

Consulting services are available as a step in the Accountability Training process or can be engaged independent of a formal engagement in support of Training that was previously conducted or that will be conducted.
