Partners In Leadership® has designed the Executive Coaching process to help leaders and managers improve their leadership effectiveness. The coaching process applies the Accountability Training® models, tools and methodologies that distinguish the Partners In Leadership approach to accelerate improvement in individual performance improvement and leadership development.

Leaders apply these tools, along with various on-line 360° feedback collection instruments, including the Accountability Feedback Process,® in a one-on-one and/or group setting to accomplish specific leadership improvement objectives. ON-GOING ORIENTATION OF NEW LEADERS

The Executive Coaching process provides an effective vehicle for on-boarding new leaders by giving them a clear understanding of how to participate in the Accountability Training.
