Partners In Leadership® has designed the Executive Coaching process to help leaders and managers improve their leadership effectiveness. The coaching process applies the Accountability Training® models, tools and methodologies that distinguish the Partners In Leadership approach to accelerate improvement in individual performance improvement and leadership development.

The Executive Coaching process provides an effective vehicle for on-boarding new leaders by giving them a clear understanding of how to participate in the Accountability Training. Here, Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitators assist leaders in understanding the models and tools and how leaders new to the process can apply them in their leadership practice. The coaching process accelerates a new leader’s ability to take ownership for achieving the objectives of the Accountability Training.
