Partners In Leadership offers a Quick Start Internal Facilitator Certification process to train internal facilitators in delivering The Oz Principle Accountability Training and The Accountability Sequence® Training to an organization as soon as possible. The Quick Start Internal Facilitator Certification allows clients maximum flexibility in delivering the Accountability Training and is a cost-effective way to begin. The Quick Start Certification format is a blended learning approach, which includes self-study of the Facilitator Guide and supporting video segments and coaching by a Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitator. The self-study materials include the Accountability Training Facilitator Guide, a Facilitator Kit and a complete set of Participant Materials.
The Quick-Start Certification Process Includes:
Step 1: Self study of Facilitator Guide and Video Segments
(up to 30 days)
Step 2: First Quick Start call with Executive Facilitator (One Hour)
Step 3: Facilitate first workshop (order additional participant materials, if needed)
Step 4: Second Quick Start call with Executive Facilitator and Certification (One Hour)
After successfully completing Step Four of the Quick Start certification process, Partners In Leadership issues a formal Certification.
Once authorized, Certified Internal Facilitators order additional participant materials for each participant of the Accountability Training Workshop conducted by them. Partners In Leadership refers to the per participant fee as a Participant Licensing Fee or “PLF.” An individual license grants a participant the right to participate in the Accountability Training Curriculum and includes the following:

On-site facilitator training is available for larger groups that would benefit from either a single or multiple day experience facilitated by a Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitator. An on-site TTF session is used to train mulitple employees as Internal Facilitators. Executive Facilitators use the Partners In Leadership 5-D’s Fast Training Model to accelerate Internal Facilitators ability to conduct The Oz Principle Accountability Training.

The training also adapts well to the corporate university curriculum format. Partners In Leadership works closely with clients to customize the training to facilitate the objectives of the university, both in terms of approach and learning objectives. They have a great deal of experience in helping clients successfully use the training in their university setting.
Attend The Oz Principle Accountability Training Public Workshop Free of Charge

Quick Start Facilitators may attend a Public Workshop at any time and as many times as they would like, to observe The Oz Principle Accountability Training conducted by an Executive Facilitator. The Public Workshop provides an opportunity to experience the training firsthand. Partners In Leadership will waive the registration once a Quick Start Agreement has been completed.
