Train-The-Facilitator

Partners In Leadership offers a Train-The-Facilitator (TTF) Certification process to train internal client facilitators to begin delivering the Accountability Training in their organization. The TTF Certification allows clients maximum flexibility in delivering the training by preparing internal people both to conduct the training and to facilitate timely and targeted follow-up to the training.

The TTF Certification format blends self-study of the Facilitator Guide with supporting video segment examples and individualized in-person coaching and training by a Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitator. Partners In Leadership can customize the format of the TTF to meet a client’s specific needs and objectives, which might include:

• Developing high potential people through greater exposure to the Accountability Training content and increasing their skill at facilitating group/team discussion
• Accelerating the preparation of internal facilitators to deliver the training with practice and individual feedback from a Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitator
• Deepening the grounding of Internal Facilitators in the Accountability Training Content
• Customizing the delivery of the material to meet specific business objectives by working with the Facilitator Team during the TTF process
• Providing additional organizational resource capability by preparing non-trainers to deliver the training
• Heightening the sense of teamwork and alignment with the Internal Facilitators to support the organizational objectives of the training
• Building a stronger sense of team through the TTF experience, particularly for managers/leaders of the organization who serve as internal facilitators

Before the TTF begins, Partners In Leadership works with organizational leaders and the training team to determine TTF objectives. Based on that assessment and planning discussion, Partners In Leadership will recommend a preferred design for the TTF, including whether it should be a single-day or multi-day event. The design of the TTF depends largely on the objectives of the organization and the composition of the Internal Facilitator Team. Internal Facilitator teams often include line managers, organizational leaders and internal trainers. The design of the TTF will accommodate a team’s make-up and the support each team member needs to successfully implement the Accountability Training curriculum.

To meet specific objectives, customized TTF activities may include:

Step 1: Self study of Facilitator Guide and Video Segments
Step 2: Single-day or multi-day Facilitator Training Event

• Coaching by an experienced Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitator
• Video Tape Practice
• Small group practice and feedback sessions
• Application of the Partners In Leadership 5D’s Fast Training Model
  

Step 3: Facilitate first workshop with on-site coaching and support

• Partners In Leadership attendance and support for coaching and feedback (when applicable)
• Certification upon successful delivery of the content

Once authorized, Certified Internal Facilitators conduct the training for employees throughout the organization. Certified Internal Facilitators (or other authorized Process Owners/Coordinators), order materials for each participant of the Accountability Training according to the client’s contract with Partners In Leadership. Partners In Leadership’s per-participant fee or Participant License Fee (PLF) includes:

• An individual license granting a participant the right to participate in the Accountability Training Curriculum
• A copy of the bestselling book that applies to the training track
• The Track-specific Accountability Training Workbook
• An Accountability Model Wall Chart
• Accountability Model Pocket Cards
• Any other material specific to the training contract for a given track

MASTER FACILITATOR

Through the Train-The-Facilitator program, Partners In Leadership offers Master Facilitator Training. The Master Facilitator option gives client organizations the ability to certify Internal Facilitators, as they are needed, and to certify Internal Facilitators more strategically as the rollout progresses and as training objectives change. This approach can greatly strengthen a rollout of the Accountability Training to large numbers of people, as well as sustain on-going support of the training effort over time. A separate Master TTF certification process is required, which is customized to meet the specific needs of the organization and the Internal Facilitator being certified as Master Facilitator.

QUICK START CERTIFICATION

Organizations can also take advantage of Quick Start Internal Facilitator Certification. This self-study approach includes personal review of the Facilitator Guide, slide presentation and certification example video segments. After this review and personal study, Partners In Leadership will certify the facilitator via two telephone interviews, one before and one after the Quick Start candidate’s first training workshop.

CORPORATE UNIVERSITY CURRICULUM

Accountability Training is frequently and successfully offered in corporate university curriculums with both an intact team and open-enrollment format. Partners In Leadership works closely with clients to customize the training to facilitate the objectives of the university both in terms of approach and learning objectives. Partners In Leadership has a great deal of experience in helping clients successfully use the training in their setting.

Attend The Oz Principle Accountability Training Public Workshop Free of Charge (a $399 value):
Internal Facilitators may attend a Public Workshop at any time, as many times as they would like, to observe The Oz Principle Accountability Training conducted by an Executive Facilitator. The Public Workshop provides an opportunity to experience the training firsthand and Partners In Leadership will waive the registration fee after completion of a TTF Agreement.

Partners in Leadership offers a variety of licensing arrangements that allow clients maximum flexibility in utilizing client employees to deliver the training workshops themselves, as well as in utilizing the Accountability Training content and Partners In Leadership intellectual property for maximum impact at every level of the organization. Enterprise-wide multi-year licensing agreements are available and are customized to meet the unique needs of client organizations.
