In his role as Area Vice President Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator at Partners In Leadership, Brad Starr has worked with major government entities as well as international corporate leaders such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, The American Heart Association, Disney/ABC Television Company, Domino’s Pizza, Inc., Sears, Edwards Lifesciences, Toyota, Yahoo!, Baxter International, The Federal Reserve Bank, The National Futures Association, Esurance, Genentech, LG Electronics, CNA Insurance, LensCrafters, Arizona State University, Abbott Medical Optics, Rexall Canada, Sodexo, Alcon Labs, and Bausch & Lomb.

Brad has extensive experience facilitating senior executive teams to achieve key organizational results. In one case, Valassis, the nation’s largest direct mail marketing firm, achieved successful integration of their IT department after a major acquisition. This accomplishment occurred in a record-setting four-month timeframe with additional improvements in service levels and the delivery of high-quality, new development projects on-time and below budget. In another case, Brad helped the American Heart Association’s Western States Affiliate obtain dramatic improvement in their key results relative to both revenue enhancement and employee engagement. In one year, this affiliate went from 8th of 9 affiliates to first in revenue generation. In employee engagement, as measured by their climate survey and the percentage of employees who strongly agree with the engagement factors, they went from 6th to first!

Brad has been a keynote speaker to international audiences of over one thousand people in Singapore, Mexico, Australia, Canada and Europe. He has been the featured speaker with several associations including The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Western Independent Bankers (WIB) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). He is known for his sense of humor, engaging approach to the audience as well as his dynamic pace and energy.

Brad is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is fluent in the Swedish language. He is a member of The American Society for Training and Development and The Society for Human Resource Management. Brad and his wife, Roberta, have five children.
