In his role as Regional Vice President, Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator for Partners In Leadership, Don brings over twenty years of experience as an executive coach and workshop facilitator in the management consulting and training industry. Don possesses an expert ability to communicate with leaders from any country or culture. His insightful consulting approach and dynamic motivational speaking style has earned him accolades as a high caliber facilitator with organizations from across North America, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Canada, Italy, Scotland, England, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Korea, Greece, Germany, Mexico and Argentina.

Significantly, Don traveled the world for five years to empower the existing and emerging leaders of Accenture, the well-known consulting and technology services outsourcing company. He was sought after to work with the Malaysian leadership team of global banking giant HSBC. Don worked closely with the key leadership teams of the international Fortune 500 utility holding company PPL Corporation during, and after, several mergers and acquisitions to help ensure a well-led cultural integration. He also assisted the leaders of the global electronics firm, Fluke Handheld Electronics, during their four-year integration period of two leadership teams following a merger.

As a frequent keynote speaker, audiences and groups enjoy Don’s engaging, yet thought-provoking, style. After his keynote address at the University of Abu Dhabi Business School, Don was recognized at a royal dinner at the palace of the Crown Prince of Ahbu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Using the Partners In Leadership Accountability Training®, Don has successfully enabled executive teams in their goals to achieve crucial organizational results. Examples of his work include an engagement with Falken Tire Company, the US operation of a large Japanese conglomerate. Falken has been growing their top line by over 20% each year for the last three years yet struggling with bottom line results. In just one year using PIL Accountability Training, the executive team has successfully led the organization to achieving an aggressive increase in profitability while making key transitions within their culture to assure ongoing profitable growth.

Don received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and is a Certified Executive Coach through Columbia University. Don and his wife, Kris, have four children and seven grandchildren.
