Gordon Treadway was recently named President of Partners In Leadership after joining the organization as a Regional Vice President, Leadership Consultant, and Executive Facilitator in 2012. A graduate in journalism at Brigham Young University, Gordon began his post-collegiate career as a broadcast journalist before transitioning into pharmaceuticals.

During his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Gordon excelled in numerous areas with multiple companies of different shapes and sizes. He started as a sales representative with Abbott Laboratories in 1991. He later served as a Regional Sales Trainer and then as a District Sales Manager, leading his team to three consecutive award winning years. He was subsequently promoted to Marketing Manager, with great success marketing a first-of-its-kind injectable drug for at-risk neonatal infants. This drug went on to gross sales of over a billion dollars a year.

Gordon left Abbott in 2001 to work with Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in a management role before transitioning into a leadership position with Kos Pharmaceuticals, a small, specialty pharmaceutical company. During his four years at Kos, Gordon led the Western Region to record sales and the company enjoyed tremendous growth skyrocketing from approximately $150M in sales to nearly $1B in those four years. Kos was acquired by Abbott Laboratories in 2007.
Gordon Treadway presents the Steps To Accountability

After helping transition Kos into Abbott, Gordon assumed the role of Vice President of Sales for Tercica Inc., a startup bio-tech company based in Brisbane, CA. Tercica, which in 2009 was acquired by Ipsen Pharmaceuticals, grew dramatically from 2007 to 2012. Gordon oversaw the growth of the organization from just 22 sales personnel with a gross sales of $1 million to a team of 75 professionals and a gross sales in excess of $90 million. During that time Gordon introduced The Oz Principle to the sales organization and then broadly throughout the entire company.

Gordon's industry experience and his confidence in the power of the Steps To Accountability,® along with his seasoned presentation and facilitation skills, made him a unique fit with Partners In Leadership. His leadership experience and industry knowledge, as well as his work within large and small companies, allows him to connect with employees at every point along the spectrum. His past experience leading highly successful teams and his success as a Partners In Leadership consultant and facilitator working with dozens of PIL clients, including several Fortune 100 companies, made Gordon the right choice as President to help the company realize its vision of substantial growth in the future.

Gordon reports directly to Roger Connors, CEO of Partners In Leadership.
