His experience includes partnering with leaders in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical devices, retail and information technology. Additionally, he is well-regarded as an expert executive coach to hospital leadership teams. As a gifted teacher, Jared consults with distinguished companies, including Apple, Inc. to help develop, lead and use Partners In Leadership's training internally. Jared helped Apple use Partners In Leadership Accountability Training® with the rollout of their highly successful Apple Retail Store strategy. Jared has helped organizations exceed their sales plan by double digits. Among them is Endo Pharmaceuticals who used the Partners In Leadership training with sales leadership and over 900 sales representatives. He enabled manufacturing departments in Ortho Clinical Diagnostics to reduce waste by five million dollars. At Johnson Controls, he helped them improve safety measures by reducing lost days due to injury from 119 to 19 in field service teams.
Jared has facilitated audiences of up to 2,100 participants in cities all over the world including Prague, Amsterdam, Geneva, London and every major city in the United States. In addition to his extensive work with clients, Jared is frequently featured as a favorite keynote speaker. Recently he has conducted keynote speeches for National Sales Meetings with Sunovian, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Citizens Bank, Genzyme, Dart Container, and several Johnson & Johnson companies. He has also conducted many keynote speeches to large audiences at leadership retreats for organizations such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Raytheon, and the Massachusetts Organization for Nursing Leadership. He is often acknowledged by his clients as the most gifted facilitator they have experienced. His blend of energy, common sense, humor and the use of compelling stories brings to life for participants the concepts he is sharing in a way that ensures understanding and application.

Jared received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Change Management from Bentley College's Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business. Jared and his wife, Christy, have 5 daughters.
