Maury effectively consults with senior executive leaders to assist them in using the Partners In Leadership training to establish strategic priorities and attain their key results. Notably, he helped the leadership team of a consumer bank use the Accountability Training® methods to achieve their objectives to return to profitability and gain a 9% market share. He worked with one manufacturer to use the training to achieve their production goals, which they ultimately exceeded by 20%. Maury's experience includes executive leadership sessions conducted with Greg Irace and his management team at Sanofi-Aventis and Stu Fitzgibbons and his leadership team at American Sugar Refinery.
He has facilitated audiences of more than 1,300 people. He has been the featured speaker in many European countries, including England, where he worked with the world's third largest pharmaceutical company. He has also presented to executives and professionals in the United States Government including the Executive Office of the President, The Social Security Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Federal Judicial System, U.S. Navy, Fleet Force Command, USDA and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Maury is a sought-after keynote speaker for community organizations like Action for a Better Community, The American Red Cross, Police Chiefs of Massachusetts and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control. Maury is also a frequently requested featured speaker for company kick off meetings.

Maury holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Marketing and Management from New Mexico State University. He was previously a Major in the USMCR. Maury and his wife, Charleene, have five daughters and eight grandchildren.
