As a pioneer on the subject of workplace accountability and an industry thought leader, Roger has been published and interviewed extensively. Roger is a member of the American Society for Training & Development. He holds an MBA, with Distinction, from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science from the School of Accountancy at Brigham Young University, ranked as the No. 1 Accounting program in the nation by the Wall Street Journal. Roger and his wife, Gwen, have five children.
