Tom is the co-author of the bestselling book, Journey to the Emerald City: Achieve a Competitive Edge by Creating a Culture of Accountability. As a pioneer on the subject of workplace accountability and industry thought leader, Tom has published and interviewed extensively including Life Science Leader Magazine, Leadership Excellence Magazine, Talent Management Magazine, Personal Excellence Magazine, Chief Information Officer (CIO.com), Journal of Business Strategy, Executive Excellence, Inside Supply Management Magazine and many others. Tom is a member of the American Society for Training & Development. He holds an MBA from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Art in Humanities from the University of California, Irvine. Tom is fluent in the Spanish language. Tom and his wife, Becky, have eight children and six grandchildren.
