"I have been with Chili's for 24 years and I was born out of the primordial swamp of command and control leadership styles. I now consider myself to be at least a Jedi apprentice in The Oz Principles. I have not yet been able to move the Millennium Falcon out of the swamp but I have been able to move small objects like MEE, profits, and GEM using the force (Oz Principles). We were told that The Oz Principle is a game changer! I now have to emphatically say that this was untrue. These principles are "Life Changers"!"
