Tracy is Senior Vice President, President, International Division with Partners In Leadership. He has over 20 years of experience in the leadership development and consulting industry, facilitating executive and management teams with such notable organizations as Precor, GMAC, BP, Clorox, Brinker International, Ventana, American Airlines, Internal Revenue Service, UnitedHealth Group, Hormel, Farmer John, ADP, Johnson Controls, Credit Suisse, McDonald's, Ricoh Global, Credit Agricole, Turner Broadcasting System, UBS, McCormick, Philips, Audatex, California Pizza Kitchen, First USA/Chase, Marriott, Pfizer, Roche, Medtronic, QVC, Alcatel-Lucent, Abbott, Red Robin, Hospice of the Valley, Amer Sports, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Cox Communications, DSM, Microsoft, Merck, and Kellogg.

Tracy is known as a vital partner in helping clients achieve unprecedented performance. He has assisted organizations throughout the world to achieve key results in countries such as Germany, Poland, Malaysia, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Brazil, Scotland, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Jamaica, and China. For UnitedHealth Group, Tracy worked with management teams to successfully prepare them for a Medicare Part D award, certification and primary source. Tracy teamed with Hormel to implement the Partners In Leadership training and assist them in achieving their goal of one billion dollars in new product sales. Significantly, this milestone was achieved over one-year ahead of schedule and provides further evidence that greater accountability produces results! One of his long-standing clients had posted eight years of declining customer count and poor results. However, after teaming with Tracy and implementing the Accountability Training® throughout their organization, performance turned around within the first 60 days, leading to sustained results and record performance.

Tracy has facilitated to audiences as large as 2,000 people. He has been a keynote speaker for numerous organizations like American Airlines, Red Robin Restaurants, and Northwest Airlines as well as the primary speaker for over 10 years to Precor and LTP. His breakout sessions with ASTD were the highest attended and highest rated sessions at the conference. He has been featured at CIO conferences, on the Business America radio program and as a member of numerous panels as an industry expert. Tracy was the featured speaker at HSM, a Global Leadership Conference and Forum in Mexico City for some of the top companies in the world and at a leadership conference sponsored by ICAN, the publisher of the Harvard Business Review in Poland. He has conducted meetings and conferences in Belgium, London, Germany, and Canada.

Tracy received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in International Relations. He has lived abroad and is fluent in the Spanish language. Tracy and his wife, Diane, have six children and one grandchild.
