Yvon has a great passion for the development of leaders to meet organizational needs now and in the future. One colleague described Yvon and her ability to facilitate a leadership group in their course to change a large organization as "Second to none." Another marveled at Yvon's "Leadership and artful ability to move large groups of people in one direction so willingly."
Yvon has advanced expertise and real-world application experience in applying the Partners In Leadership training through every level of the organization, from the C-Suite to part-time retail associates. Her front-line managerial experience in implementing the Partners In Leadership training gives her unique insight into the challenges leaders face on their way to creating sustained results and makes her an effective executive coach and counselor to senior leaders using the Accountability Training.

Yvon received her training in Optics from Phoenix College, obtaining her board certification as an Arizona Licensed Dispensing Optician and was the youngest person in Arizona to sit for her boards at that time. She also served as President of the Arizona Opticians Association. Yvon has two children and one grandchild.
