Roger Connors and Tom Smith are the principals and founders of Partners In Leadership, Inc. the premier provider of Accountability Training® Services around the world. They are the authors of several leadership and management books listed on numerous bestselling lists, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, AP Publishers Weekly and Amazon.com. Their company has thousands of clients in more than 50 countries and their books and materials have been translated into 14 languages. They have conducted workshops and consulting engagements throughout the world, including most European countries, Japan, North America, South America, and the Middle East.
Tom and Roger have accumulated extensive experience in working with over a hundred senior executive teams, as well as with thousands of managers and leaders in almost all major industries. Their work includes long-term and short-term consulting engagements (from a few months to several years), speaking engagements, national sales meetings, workshops and speeches. They have won respect as trusted advisors to senior executives, having personally coached hundreds of managers and leaders themselves. They are recognized as the worldwide experts on the topic of workplace accountability and bring extensive expertise to helping management teams facilitate large-scale Cultural Transition through their Accountability Training® methodologies and models. They are well received as entertaining and provocative speakers as well as highly respected facilitators of senior executive groups and management teams.

Roger and Tom are members of the American Society for Training & Development. Both hold a Master of Business Administration degree from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Roger Connors holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and Tom Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from University of California, Irvine. Roger and his wife, Gwen, have five children and live in Alpine, Utah. Tom and his wife, Becky, have eight children and live in Murrieta, California.
