In her role as Vice President and Executive Facilitator for Partners In Leadership, Joy has over twenty years of management and consultative experience working with executive leaders in many Fortune 500 companies throughout the world, as well as with government entities and educational institutions, including: Motorola, Kimberly Clark, Citicorp Worldwide, and Atlanta University. She also served as the Associate Chair for the National Center for Leadership Development.
Joy also worked at Honeywell Inc. as director of management development. There she managed the formulation and implementation of company-wide training and development policies and strategies that supported corporate operating priorities.
