Tracy has over 16 years of experience in the leadership development and consulting industry. Tracy has extensive experience and has developed expertise working with groups at all organizational levels, including global, multi-cultural environments. He is widely respected as an executive coach and consultant and is recognized as a passionate, authoritative, and captivating speaker. Tracy has worked with hundreds of senior executive teams, as well as with thousands of managers and leaders in a wide range of industries. He continues to help leaders in both public and private sectors achieve personal and organizational key results.

In addition, Tracy speaks fluent Spanish. Tracy holds a degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.

Tracy and his wife, Diane, have 6 children and live in Mesa, Arizona.
