Mike Evans is a Vice President and Executive Facilitator for Partners In Leadership, Inc. Mike has more than 19 years of experience working with companies throughout the world in achieving peak performance. Mike has worked with management teams and groups at all organizational levels in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Partners In Leadership, Mike served in key sales, consulting, and leadership roles with Franklin-Covey and Tom Peters Company, where he consulted with clients in the areas of leadership development, customer service, quality, innovation, employee engagement, and branding. Mike is passionate about helping his clients create cultures of accountability which enable them to achieve their strategic objectives and key results. Mike has worked with organizations such as Mellon Financial, AIG, US Navy, Fidelity Investments, Capital One, Cigna Corporation, Black & Decker, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Intel, Yellow Book, and H.J. Heinz. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development.
Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Duquesne University. An avid runner, cyclist and youth soccer coach, Mike and his wife, Patty, have two children and live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
