Brad Starr is a Vice President and an executive facilitator for Partners In Leadership, Inc. Brad has experience working with organizational leaders at all levels. He is a well-received facilitator and considered a dynamic speaker by his clients. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies that include Baxter International, Macy's, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Schering- Plough Corporation, and Valassis Communications, Inc. He has the ability to engage his audiences to get them focused on the results needed to create a Culture of Accountability within the organization.
Brad holds a Bachelors degree in International Business from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
Brad and his wife, Roberta have four children and live in Temecula, California.
