PURPOSE:
Q: How does the public workshop differ from experiencing the workshop in-house with an intact team?
A: Unlike the one-day intact team format, the public workshop allows organizations to train as few or as many individuals as they would like at a per participant rate. The format is perfectly suited for small companies, organizations with budgetary constraints, companies that have hired new individuals since rolling out the training in-house, or individuals that want to experience the one-day workshop firsthand prior to engaging Partners In Leadership.
Q: What are some of the key take-a-ways from the workshop?
A: • Stop the Blame Game, minimize finger-pointing, and put an end to the excuse making that blocks results
• Learn critical skills for operationalizing a positive approach to accountability
• Create greater accountability and ownership for key organizational and/or personal results
• Create a Solve It® mentality in the face of tough obstacles. Implement Individual Accountability Plans to bring about behavioral shifts that accelerate achievement of key organizational results
Q: What is the overall purpose of the training?
A: This training will create greater individual and organizational accountability, clarity and ownership for achieving results.

Q: How long does the Workshop run?
A: Check-in: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Workshop: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Lunch not included)
Q: Does the session include breakfast and lunch?
A: Partners In Leadership provides a continental breakfast in the morning, but attendees must arrange for their own lunch.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Business casual.
Q: Will parking be validated?
A: Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the workshop.
Q: How do I get directions to the workshop?
A: Partners In Leadership will send out hotel information via e-mail and/or a phone call. Please note that hotel information may not be confirmed if you register far in advance of the workshop.

Q: What does it cost to attend a public workshop?
A: Pricing of the workshop is $399.00 per person.
Q: How do I register for the Public Workshop?
A: You may register online at www.ozprinciple.com. To register by phone, please call: 1-800-504-6070. Attendees can pay the registration fee by credit card or by requesting an invoice. Partners In Leadership will not charge the registration fee until after the workshop.
Q: What types of payment are accepted?
A: You can pay the registration fee by credit card or you can choose to be invoiced.
Q: Are walk-ins accepted?
A: Partners In Leadership accepts walk-ins of groups smaller than 10 individuals.
Q: Does the Workshop fee include a copy of The Oz Principle book?
A: Every workshop attendee will receive a full set of participant materials, which includes a copy of The Oz Principle, a workbook, wall charts and pocket cards.
Q: Will my credit card be charged as soon as I register?
A: Partners In Leadership will not charge your registration fee until after the workshop.
Q: What if I need to postpone or cancel my registration?
A: Postponements can be applied to another upcoming public workshop at no extra charge. You may also cancel at any time prior to the workshop without penalty, unless the cancellation is made less than three (3) business days prior to the workshop. No refund will be needed, as credit cards are not charged until after the workshop.

Q: What happens when a workshop is canceled?
A: Although cancellations are rare, Partners In Leadership reserves the right to cancel a workshop at anytime. A representative will notify all registrants of any cancellation.
Q: Are there any continuing education credits available?
A: Partners In Leadership Public Workshops are pre-approved for HR Certification Institute credits. After completion of a workshop, an attendee can contact Partners in Leadership to obtain the Program ID number for the workshop.
