Public WorkshopsThe Oz Principle Training

INFORMATION
The Public Workshop also serves as an effective preview for learning more about how to implement organization-wide training. In the workshop, participants gain the understanding and tools necessary for creating greater accountability in their own organization. Throughout the day, they learn about and practice the skills, attitudes, and tools needed for taking the steps to See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It.® Participants learn how to avoid the Blame Game and operate Above The Line to meet deadlines, overcome obstacles and deliver on expectations.

WORKSHOP METHODOLOGY
The workshop methodology uses training technologies that accelerate learning, application and integration into daily work practices. They include small group exercises, application discussions and large-group interactions, all intended to facilitate direct application to real organizational issues. The workshop content is based on the bestselling book, The Oz Principle, and expands that content with additional examples, exercises and tools not found in the book.

PUBLIC WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The full-day Oz Principle Accountability Training Public Workshop consists of five training modules. Partners In Leadership Executive Facilitators use enhanced learning methodologies to deliver training that accelerates implementation and sustained application, including:

  • Small and Large Group Debriefs
  • The 5-D’s® Fast Training Model
