Roger holds an MBA, with Distinction, from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a bachelor of science from the School of Accountancy at Brigham Young University, ranked as the No. 1 Accounting program in the nation by the Wall Street Journal. Roger and his wife, Gwen, have five children.
